Although the capsule this young creature developed from was unremarkable in appearance, the juvenile itself is fascinating. Immature wings have developed on its back, hinting at an airborne lifestyle. Its wings and long, slender tail feature faint bioluminescent markings. Despite its small size, the juvenile has a rather feisty attitude, and cautious handling is recommended to avoid having your fingers nipped.
