OUTPOST #1 – BULLETIN #101
PRIORITY: URGENT
PURPOSE: ANNOUNCEMENT
SUBJECT: NEW SPECIES DISCOVERED

Attention all scientists!

Thanks to the hard work of Joyce Toller, Coral M. Mui, and Agnes Schnani, not one but TWO new species have been discovered! These distinctive felines offer us much opportunity in the way of studying divergent evolution, and we look forward to learning more about them through collaborative research.

Cave Cats
Muska Felos were first spotted during a caving expedition by Joyce Toller when she was seeking more rock samples near the lake. Although skittish in nature, they’ve warmed up to her presence as she continues to visit the caverns to study them. She will allow a limited number of assistants for such excursions. A signup form is available on the bulletin board.

Frisky Felines
Avka Felo kittens are much more sociable than adults, and Coral M. Mui has admitted to being splashed by them on multiple occasions while trying to take pictures near the river shore. Proper waterproof gear is recommended for any expeditions taken to study these beautiful creatures.

New and Knowledgeable

Agnes Schnani has been assisting both Joyce and Coral with their studies as part of her first field mission. She is available to handle questions and also in charge of coordinating research expeditions related to these two species. A full report will be forthcoming once more data has been obtained. In the meantime, please submit all observations and data to Agnes for collation.
